We also understand the anxiety with which event organisers, suppliers and delegates have, following reports of the spread of COVID-19.”The centre already has an in-house medical response service provider, ER24, which has a well-rehearsed plan, and are trained in COVID-19 response protocols. These protocols have been further augmented by enhanced cleaning procedures which includes the deployment of more cleaning staff to facilitate the systematic disinfecting of all surfaces exposed to regular touch every 12-hours, supplemented by the hourly sanitising of these surfaces. The CTICC has also provided hand sanitisers throughout the facilities restrooms alongside preventative communication and will provide touchless hand sanitiser at buffet stations for events. For the latest information, please find alerts and updates here: National Institute of Communicable DiseasesDiscover Cape TownWorld Health OrganisationWestern Cape Health Department Go To Website RFQ 026.2020 CTICC Competitor Analysis Go To Website CTICC 028/2020 Opening Register – Lifts & Escalators: Maintenance & Repair Services Go To Website Provision of Cleaning ServicesTenderers not registered on the CTICC Database or the Central Supplier Database are not precluded from submitting tenders, but must be registered prior to the adjudication date of the offers to be responsive. All bids received will be opened in public, late proposals and proposals submitted by e-mail or fax will under no circumstances be accepted.
