Cape Town – 19 January 2023 – The Cape Town International Convention Centre (CTICC) is proud to host the Ultimate Beverage Show, which returns for its second year, and promises to bring a great collection of local small craft beverage makers together under one roof to showcase their artisanal products and skills to the South African public.
This two-day event runs from Friday, 27 to Saturday, 28 January 2023 at CTICC 2. Visitors are welcome to come and enjoy the tastes, witness the processes, and purchase local beverages from entrepreneurs showing off their creations.
Lillian Hlabangane, Head of Sales at the CTICC said: “We welcome back Schweppes as partners for the second year at show. They will share their well-known range of soft drinks, with some exciting ideas on how to mix them up.”
The Ultimate Beverage Show provides a platform for producers of small-batch wines, beers and spirit in the Cape region to reach a broader market and showcase their products to interested consumers and the trade.
There’s something for everybody, from small-batch wine and spirits; craft beer and cider; infused and flavoured alcoholic, low-alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to organic, health and hot drinks. If you’re interested in making your own craft beverage, you can view the latest home brewing equipment and accessories on display.
“There will be a host of fun and interesting activities, including tasting of beverages, master classes hosted by Cause Effect and entertainment by Chris Rain, while DJ Bobby Brown from Smile FM keeps the buzz going,” added Hlabangane.
Get to the CTICC to sample and purchase these local craft beverages on Friday, 27th January (15h00-21h00) and Saturday, 28th January (12h00 – 21h00) and enjoy meeting local makers. Trade is invited to attend on Friday 27th January from 12h00 – 15h00 by registering here.
